1. HR Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Selection specially for Retail Fashion
- Personnel Administration (FungsiPersonalia)
- Remuneration & Benefit

Requirements:
- Female, age max 40 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): Recruitment, Personnel Administration, People Development.
- Preferred skill(s): Strong Leadership, good interpersonal skill, initiative, positive attitude.
- Preferably Supervisor specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in General HR, Personnel Administration or Recruitment/Staffing.
- Self-motivated and able to work under high pressure

2. Assistant Store Manager
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for achievement of sales target, analyzing productivity per brand, managing inventory & shrinkage, lead sales associate team & develop their skills.

Requirements:
- Male maximum 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
- Required skill(s): strong leadership, communication skills, ability maintaining team, target oriented.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Willing to be placed in all Batik Trusmi Store
- Willing to be work on holiday & shift system
- Full-Time and Contract position available
