Requirements:

• Male preferred
• Hotel Diploma in related field.
• Minimal 2 years experience in similar position.
• High discipline.
• Attention to detail and be cost conscious.
• Creative, consistent, and able to develop new menu, etc.
• Familiar with Chinese, Western and Indonesian culinary.
• Energetic, presentable, enthusiastic and positive individuals.
